"Perfect for a stayover"

"The place itself was nice and the location was convenient for the ferry. However, we specifically booked this property and paid extra compared to other options because the listing said there was a washing machine. When we arrived, we were told there was no washing machine, which was very frustrating as we are on a long road trip and needed to do laundry. We also messaged the hotel through Expedia before arriving but never received a reply. Once there, it was almost impossible to reach a staff...

"Lovely room and staff. Booked this just for one night as a stop over before the Hirtshals ferry and worked out well. Room was bigger than I was expecting with a hall and big bathroom. Restaurant was buzzing which was great to see."

"Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med aktiviteter för ungarna. Vi bodde i stuga, funkade jättebra och låg fint till i skogsbrynet. Hade gärna fått finnas lite rimligare utrustning att städa med, varken dammsugare eller mopp fanns tillgängligt…"
