We were there three years ago and for the five star hotels and five star prices we were satisfied. After three years prices are more which is understandable, considering the inflation but hotel, including facilities and stuff ate now just about three stars. Unfortunately, sadly, they couldn’t keep same level. As far as the location, it’s beautiful nature and perfect for the quiet staying.

This is my second time staying at hotel. Stuff is very friendly, and hotel has all amenities for a very comfortable stay. Spa can compare with any European spa!! Excellent!! I love how quiet it is. Definitely i will come back. They have Gentlemen from Tunis working there, and I was so surprise when he recognized me from last year, he greeted us with cherry liqueur, that was very nice detail.

Would come again if prices were more reasonable

Personnel very kind and responsive, the food offered pretty good. TV set in my room was difficult to use (hardly responded to the remote control commands). The inside pool is a quality one but could be bigger for a hotel pretending to have 5*. Overall, a classic 4* hotel with praiseworthy service but rather expensive for the Serbian middle class.

Professionalism at the highest level

Super friendly and professional staff. We forgot toothpaste and they brought it to our room within minutes. The hotel has a sister location about a km away with bigger spa center, they have arranged a free ride (the weather was bad) for us there and back.

Amazing stay!

The hotel is nice, the thermal waters is what rejuvenates your skin, but the best part of this hotel is all of the staff! From front desk, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant simply AMAZING!!!

Our stay in Premier Aqua Hotel

Our stay was really good. In this hotel there are 2 swimming pools. The inside pool's water was hot. But if you would like to have more fun you can always use Freska Terme swimming pools (8 in total there) and saunas for free. The food was good. The only HUGE disadvantage was it was EXTREMELY HOT in any hotel in the lobby or the room. When we opened the door to our room the room temperature was +27 degrees Celsius. We were constantly leaving the door open, as you can't adjust air-con. They said it is due to the mid season, but to be honest I would be scared it is the same temperature in summer too.
