Nice and clean room. Breakfast and dinner have huge selection. The best part was the spa has several pools with different temperature. Our favorite was outside next to the heated pool. Temperature was just right for swimming and beautiful in the evening.

Great staff and good service. Lots of pools but the spa was lacking in ambiance and there were issues with spa area (super slippery floors, pool is far from the spa and saunas). Lots of pools all over the property but there were no hot tubs and we were hoping for warmer water in pools considering that this is a thermal resort. Overall nice environment

The spa and pool are fantastic, especially the heated outdoor pool and the variety of saunas (including one with a terrace view!). We loved the child-friendly pools and the fully protected indoor play area. The hotel had wonderful Christmas/New Year decorations, creating a mood and giving us wonderful photos. The service was outstanding. Our child was delighted by the small toy gift at check-in, and we received complimentary drinks from the mini-bar. Also, we were generously granted a one-hour late check-out. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a wide menu selection and particularly delicious desserts. A minor suggestion for improvement, but we missed having tea offered with dinner (our half-board booking included dinner). The proximity to the Roman tower is a plus. We easily reached the top of the hill to explore and enjoy the beautiful views.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room and hotel facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, I found the food options to be somewhat limited and on the simpler side, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the spa only allowed one towel change per day, which could be improved for a more accommodating experience.

We have arrived on Saturday during particularly hot and I believe busy day and the check in process took about 30 minutes as que during check in was not properly managed and people were changing ques to get to or pick the reception counter that is moving faster than other. Supervisor or someone from the back office told us that everything that’s nice is worth waiting for which is not suitable comment for paying guests, especially elderly, during check in. Extremely hot/humid in the hallway and generally air conditioning is not great in the room or in the breakfast restaurant. Ventilation in the elevators does not exist and elevator waiting times can be long. Wall paint in hall ways going to the rooms is peeling off and looks a bit dated, should not be too difficult to refresh. Room itself is fine and mini bar was good. Pool variety and wellness facilities are great and breakfast is really good. Overall a decent hotel with some opportunities for further improvements to match the Movenpick standard experienced elsewhere

It was a great stay. Only obstacle was that Movenpick did not recognize USA ID from my daughter at the check in but at the same time, they did recognize USA ID for my spouse. That all together extended and unnecessary complicated registration process. Other than that Resort was great.
