Philene, cottage in Zeeland at 5 minutes walk from te beach.

  • Philene is located in the spacious bungalow park Breezand I. The house is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, is completely detached between the greenery at the foot of the dune. At 5 minutes walk from the family beach Breezand.

    Layout: Spacious bright living room with oak flooring and cosy fireplace. Modern and fully equipped open kitchen with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with 2 boxsprings and washbasin, one bedroom with bunk beds and washbasin, and one bedroom with two boxsprings. Slide the box springs together, and they become double beds.
    The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, and bath and shower facilities.

    Also present: high chair, garden furniture, storage room, digital smart TV, internet and WIFI, beach house (May-mid-September).

    Duvets, pillows and flannel blankets are provided. You must bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. You should also bring your own towels and kitchen textiles. They are not for rent.

    Pets are allowed, but only after consultation with the landlord.

    We do not rent midweek or weekend, only whole weeks. Changeover day is Saturday.

Very nice accomodation

Cozy cottage surrounded by nature, in 5 min walking distance to the beach. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. We (family with three children) enjoyed the stay very much and will gladly return. The handling was impeccable: friendly and clear, so there were no problems. The landlords were also always available and immediately responded to a query. Absolute recommendation!

Wir, 2x Erwachsen und 2x Kinder, hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Philene in Vrouwenpolder.In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Dort gibt es eine Strandhütte, in der man Sonnenliegen und Windschutz zu verfügung hat.In der Ferienhaussiedlung gibt es keine Zäune und dardurch wirkt die Umgebung wie ein großer Park. Nachts kamen mehrfach Hirsche, die direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster gegrast hatten.Das Haus war sauber und der Kontakt mit unseren Vermietern sehr angenehm.

wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus gehabt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist toll inmitten von Wiesen und Waldstücken eingebettet, Erholung pur. Auch das Strandhäuschen mit Windschutz und Liegestühlen hat uns perfekt für den Strand ausgestattet

Wir waren mit unseren Müttern (74+) unterwegs. Das Haus bietet sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten und liegt in einem ruhigen Wäldchen … neues Bad, gutes WLAN, TV funktioniert, Schlafzimmer sind ein bisschen klein, aber die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten 😃. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Urlaub in bester Lage

Ein tolles Haus mit allem, was man benötigt in bester Lage. Vom Haus erreicht man alles Nötige in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und der nahegelegenen Strand (ca. 300m) ist einfach sehenswert. Toller Ort um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen. Kommen gerne wieder..

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Park mit hohen Bäumen, 5 Minuten vom breiten Sandstrand entfernt. Die Gastgeber haben es liebevoll eingerichtet und an alles gedacht. Wir konnten mit unserem Sohn und seiner Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern sehr entspannte Ferien verbringen. Philene hat Charme und wir kommen sicher gerne einmal wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, ideale Location!

Wir - Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern 1 & 2 + Oma & Opa - haben eine herrlich erholsame Urlaubswoche genießen können. Wunderbares Ferienhaus, funktional ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, tolle Location 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und 15 Minuten ins Ortszentrum. Das Haus ist in einer offenen, grünen Ferienhausanlage mit altem Baumbestand, grüne Wiesen zwischen den weit genug voneinander entfernt angelegten Häusern. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und pragmatisch. Eine sehr schöne Woche Auszeit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumlage direkt am Strand, schöne Grünanlage mit altem Baumbestand, ruhig. So ausgestattet, dass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt. Betten bequem, Küche komplett. Super nette Gastgeber. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine herrliche Urlaubswoche in diesem in jeder Hinsicht wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und modernisiert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es liegt in einem herrlich ruhigen und grünen Ferienhausgebiet mit viel freier Fläche und hohen Bäumen und man hat deutlich mehr Abstand zu den Nachbarn als in den gewöhnlichen niederländischen Feriensiedlungen. Das einzige Geräusch, das wir hörten, war das Zwitschern der Vögel und das Meer in der Ferne. Der Strand, den man in 3-5min zu Fuß erreicht, ist wunderschön und sehr breit - einer der schönsten, an dem ich je war. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Beim Supermarkt in Vrouwenpolder ist man mit Rad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten. Eine tolle Urlaubserfahrung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage, top Ausstattung, tolle Vermietung

Wir sollten vielleicht nicht so eine tolle Bewertung schreiben, damit wir in der Zukunft noch Chancen haben das Haus anzumieten :-) Wir, Familie mit 3 Kindern und Hund, haben unsere Woche in der Philene sehr genossen. Die Vermietung und Informationen waren super. Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses gefiel uns ab dem ersten Moment. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub am Meer benötigt und der Platz war für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich und die uneingezäunte Lage in dem Park hat dem ganzen mehr Weite gegeben, die wir mit offener Terrassentür bei tollem Wetter voll ausgenutzt haben. Uns allen hat die Woche sehr gut gefallen und wir sind nächstes Jahr gerne wieder da.
