Apartment Filip Premium is located in the picturesque town of Vrsar, located between Poreč and Rovinj. Various cafes, shops and restaurants are only a few meters away from the apartment. This modern apartment house was built in 2020, in the immediate vicinity of the Vrsar marina, but despite that in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery. The historic old town is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the promenade by the sea. Entrance to Marina Vrsar and private parking are included in the price.
