The mobile home is located in Istria in the beautiful Lanterna resort. The spacious and family-friendly resort captivates with its direct beachfront location, beautiful coves, numerous green spaces, and shady pine forests. In addition to a large children’s pool with many great slides, the resort also features a swimming pool, a mini-club/entertainment programme, and a fantastic playground for the kids. Guests can also enjoy an entertainment programme for adults, a wide variety of sports, as well as a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour, and a small market. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holidaymakers.
The modern Happy Premium Suite J mobile home with a sea view is bright and cheerfully furnished and can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, a microwave, and a filter coffee maker. The living area features two Bluetooth speakers and an USB port. Additionally, mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom and living room windows. The bathroom has a sink, a shower, a mirror, and a hair dryer; the toilet is separate. The partially covered wooden deck, furnished with a table, chairs, 2 loungers, a hanging chair, and an electric grill, is the perfect spot to relax while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Half-board or full-board meals can also be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday park has several access points to various beaches. There are rocky beaches with gravel, swimming platforms, grassy areas, or steeper beaches. There are both unregulated and organised sections, so you can decide whether you’d rather bring your own lounge chair or rent one. One beach slopes gently into the water, making it well-suited for families and children. Guests also have access to many water sports, such as diving, canoeing, windsurfing, and sailing. Additionally, the beach features a bouncy castle in the water and a beach bar. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats.
POOL
Guests have access to a large seawater pool with spacious lounging areas, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The massage jets pamper adult guests, while younger guests enjoy a large water park, a paddling pool with slides, a waterfall, and other play equipment.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, there are rotating activities such as football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis, and game tournaments. The team also organises aerobics, water aerobics, and other classes. There’s a mini-club for children, and various entertainment options for older guests. Plus, there’s a great playground for the little ones. Your children will have the chance to take centre stage in evening performances. Every evening, cabaret shows, game nights, and guest nights are organised, followed by a disco and/or dance evenings. Those who want to stay active have a wide range of options: multipurpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, bocce, a volleyball court, and tennis courts. The resort features a car wash, lockers, a marketplace, a game room, a boat ramp, and a first-aid service.
RECREATION AND SPORTS
If you’d like to stay in shape while on holiday, you’ll be spoiled for choice: tennis courts, a basketball court, a football field, a mini-soccer field, beach volleyball, bike paths, and jogging trails. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness programme featuring stretching, water aerobics, and much more. At the beach, you can rent or book pedal boats, paddle boats, sailboats, surfing lessons, and canoes. Bike rentals are also available. On a bike, you can follow beautiful bike paths and enjoy the wonderful view of the crystal-blue sea. Or simply enjoy a stroll along the kilometer-long beach in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.
SHOPPING
The resort features a supermarket where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items. A bakery, a fish market, a souvenir shop, a sporting goods store, a tobacco and newsstand, and an ATM are also available to guests.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. The holiday park also offers a restaurant, a pizzeria, a barbecue restaurant, a takeaway spot, a snack bar, and an ice cream parlour. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance reservation is required).

SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodation is inspected afterwards to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cots must be requested at the time of booking or reported no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

The holiday resort is located in Tar, right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with children. A trip to Umag is definitely worth it. There, you’ll find an exciting town in a charming location with a picturesque, lively old town. A cultural highlight is a visit to the Forma Viva sculpture gallery on the Slovenian coast near Portorož. The Dajla Monastery on the coast is a magical sight to behold. With its bright yellow facade, a wildly romantic garden, and picturesque turrets, it is an impressive destination on the Adriatic coast.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic town of Poreč is situated right on the sea. With its pine forests, seaside promenades, and coastal restaurants, it’s a true haven for rest and relaxation. It’s full of artistic and historical attractions just waiting to be discovered by you. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the Istralandia Water Park, which offers fun for the whole family. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting that are definitely worth a stop. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are certainly worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to pamper yourself, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travellers will both find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
