Villa Carla with sea view in Vrsar, Istria

Villa Carla is an Istrian stone house on 2 floors in the old town of Vrsar.It has a mangificent view to the sea and surrounding islands.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds; each with private bathroom with shower.There is also a "tavern", a room with a fireplace and a small kitchen, table and chairs. Here you can enjoy dinner together. There is also a separate toilet on the same floor. On the first floor there is a large, open living area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area of the house has a fantastic view of the sea and the Vrsar islands. The living room is air conditioned and can accommodate 2 people on the pull out sofa bed. Outside there is a small garden overlooking the sea and the islands. Here you can watch the beautiful sunsets or just relax and sunbathe.Parking is available nearby- a parking card free of charge is provided for one car.
