"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "Great location along the Old Town Waterfront, close to everything- the town is very walkable. Apartment had all the amenities needed and the manager was great, she met us outside the old town, showed us where to park the car, where it was left for a couple of days. Then she drove us and our bags is a cart back to the property. We did have to walk up 2 flights of stairs with the luggage."

"Fint ställe, rummet var vackert och frukosten var väldigt bra. Lite obekväma kuddar och inte så rent runt och i poolen men annars väldigt bra! Rekommenderas för de som vill ut på landsbygden och bo lite avsiktligt, ligger nära vindistrikten."

"A wonderful location downtown Rovinj. The hotel was unique in its ambiance and atmosphere overlooking the Adriatic. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us park and returning us to the hotel in a golf cart. All in all, an awesome experience."

"Had a balcony overlooking the harbor. Great breeze, convenient to anyplace in town. Breakfast was a fantastic buffet.... probably the best we have had in our last month traveling Europe. Would recommend. Ferry to Venice boards across the street."
