On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
