"Uncomfortable beds, no noise cancelling in the floors, people upstairs walked around until 1am both nights making it impossible to sleep, staff called me a liar, in behind beds looked like they had never been cleaned, old furniture, I wouldn’t even allow my children to use the pool/hot tub."

"They are currently updating/renovating rooms one at a time. Most are a little bit retro right now but worth the $74-$86 95% of the time. Some deadbolts have not worked. Some curtains are too small for the windows. A microwave didn't work twice. I've stayed often lately. All issues are being worked on and will be fixed. My biggest complaint is headboards are affixed to the wall and very dirty and dusty behind. Whoever came up with the reno (likely a previous owner) didn't think it through very well."
