"Not sure on the smell when I arrived, smelled moldy and had a humidifier or dehumidifier in the room quit running after I checked in. The breakfast was good as usual however I was there in May 2026. The biscuits were great. They wasn’t hard like they were this time and they had bacon on the breakfast menu last May and they didn’t have any bacon the whole week I was there. Need a little more convenience on the parking because back in May when I was there and then October when I was there, there’s a lot of construction guys. I guess that was there take up the whole parking lot."

"The room was very clean. Two comments: In the bathroom with the shower, the hot water was luke warm. Would have really enjoyed a hot shower. Also, the lighting in that bathroom was not good for purposes of putting on makeup and being able to see well. Might want a little more wattage in the circular light on the mirror. Otherwise, everything was very good. Bed, pillows, coverlet all excellent. All other amenities were very good. TV good. thank you"

"We always stay a The Costa when we visit Vero. Such a relaxed cool vibe with superb beachfront location. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Favourite restaurants… We particularly enjoy The Tides, Ocean Grill and Dario’s! All of the staff are amazing and always on hand to serve us…. big shout out for Katelynn, her professionalism and friendly manner was outstanding. Unfortunately our room although perfect for out visiting family during the day, it was a little noisy due to its location,as it was very close to the maid/domestic room, which was accessed very early in the morning by the staff. In room amenities are very nice and the bed was super comfy. We were pleased to see and chat to all of the staff who we have met over the years. Another wonderful stay, a super special place to make memories. We usually always give this hotel 5 stars, this visit it is a 4, as the pool temperature was so cold that we were unable to swim in it. However, this will not stop us from returning again."
