"Great house, comfortable and spacious with good facilities for a self catering holiday. The house is very centrally located for shops and restaurants. Siegburg is a lovely little town, with nice shops and a good choice of restaurants. There is also woodland and off road paths for dog walking close by. The property manager was very responsive to dealing with a couple of minor problems we had at the beginning of the stay. Overall recommend this property and location. "

We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "This hotel was reasonable placed as I had to attend a festival and theme park that weekend so getting onto public transport was local as bus stop area was around the corner, also a shopping mall behind the bus stop was a bonus. On first day there was a blackout but staff were soo helpful to make sure all was ok with me and other guests staying. Blackout didn't last long (couple of hrs), in all the room and bathroom was clean plus the AC worked. Staff in the breakfast/dinner area were also polite and cheerful during my stay. Enjoyed my stay here. Recommend! "

"Arriving at the property we were a little unsure about the booking as it seemed to be in a bit of an industrial area. However, once we saw the main buildings and checked in, we were extremely happy. This was a fantastic room! It was huge with a nice saddle up bar in the kitchenette area and had a nice balcony to soak up some German summer sun. Being outside of downtown Cologne was a big plus as it was super quiet overnight. Getting to Cologne was easy using the fantastic DB train system. The gentleman at reception/check-in went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to use the train system app and where/how to get tickets and get on the train. This was one of the best customer service experiences we had while in Germany. If you are planning to visit Cologne I highly recommend this property as it gives you a quiet and comfortable accommodation while being a quick and easy train ride from downtown and old town Cologne. "
