"Situated right in the middle of the beautiful, tranquil Danube River, this hotel made me feel as if I were aboard a magnificent boat. It was the kind of place that made a traveler deeply regret staying for only a single night. The hotel itself was neat and quiet, and the room was pristine. Looking out the window, the view of Regensburg’s Old Town—a UNESCO World Heritage site—completely immersed me in a feeling of having stepped back into the Middle Ages. It would have been absolutely perfect if Johann Strauss’s "The Blue Danube" had been softly playing in the lobby."
