All around great place!
My husband and I stayed here for our 5th year anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Great location, the place was pretty cozy and super clean. Mr. Jim, the owner, was super nice and very helpful so that’s always a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location...Perfect Loft
Jim the property manager was amazing we booked with communication at each step. If you have a problem with a property manager that treats you like a family member, Jim is not for you...I like him better than most of my brothers:) Loft was so nicely done. no complaints at all, and the location was in a great part of Waco...walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Thanks Jim

Perfect location
The loft was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Waco. It had a cool, hip vibe and the location could not be beat. There was garage parking which was an added bonus as we were moving our daughter out of her dorm and had many valuables in the van. The trip back and forth to Baylor was very easy and lots of restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Rental Ever!
This rental experience through VRBO was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Jim was amazing and took care of every detail regarding our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Waco area. Great location, precious loft and exceptional communication before and during our stay.

Beautiful downtown Loft in Waco. 2 blocks to the Silos. Very upscaled furnishings. Gated parking garage. Walk to attractions and restaurants.

Fabulous trip
I can’t say enough about the great stay we had in Waco. Perfect location,! The place was amazing, down to every detail. Owner was onsite and so helpful with local knowledge. Will definitely be returning for another stay!
