NEW-Ethel Rose Cottage-5 min to Magnolia Silos

  • This quaint and charming home is located in a peaceful area of Sanger Heights. The 3 bedrooms boast comfy tuft & needle mattresses for you to enjoy a good nights rest. Cook up your best meal in the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room with farmhouse vibe decor. This home is equipped with fast wifi and private parking. It also has a very nice large back lawn to enjoy the outdoors!

    Sleeps 6 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has super-comfy Tuft & Needle mattresses and the master suite has an attached full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up gourmet meals while you`re in town. Large washer/dryer set will take care of your laundry. And the dining table seats 6! Off-street parking makes sure you don`t ever have to fight for a parking spot. :-)

Treat of a Retreat

What a wonderful cottage to stay in. Everything was perfect and even better than the listing photos. This is a must stay in cottage especially if you are coming to Waco for Magnolia/aThe Silos. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and pleasant gathering spaces for coffee conversation and dining. Highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable. I liked that I could park my car near the back of the house where it was mostly out of sight. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. There were only two of us on my visit, but a large family could easily stay here and not feel crowded.As my daughter is just starting Baylor, I will likely book this place again when I come to visit over the upcoming years.

Waco was a half way city for us and our other family. We knew we wanted to see a few things Magnolia, but most importantly to spend precious time together as a family.The home was perfect for our weekend. It gave us the space and comfort to visit and see Waco.VillaStay was one of the best groups I've dealt with when staying in a VRBO home. They were very attentive & informative. They gave us the most details & it was great.

Very nice home to stay in. Cozy & very clean. Was perfect for our family of 6. Manager was receptive and helpful. I would suggest bringing a few kitchen items (very little silverware, pans, or storage containers to use, no plastic wrap or bags).

Stay here if you like an exceptionally clean home! This charming place is also beautiful and cozy throughout the entire home. I got such a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed with lots of comfy pillows! There was a beautiful Christmas tree there all lit up when we arrived which was a very nice touch. We arrived in the evening, so having the lamps on for us when we got there made the place very inviting. I would 100% stay here again!!!
