One reserved parking spot comes with this rental! On the busiest weekends in Waco where it can be difficult to find parking downtown, you will have a reserved spot adjacent to the building.

When you walk in the building, you'll be met with the charm of the Behrens loft building. It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953.

Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort.

Feel 100% safe in this secure, locked building. To access the unit, you will use a door code that will be provided before check-in. You will have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner's closet. In the building rear, there is a ramp for easy access.

You'll enjoy the comfort of having a reserved parking space for those who bring a car. There are some residents who walk and bike most places as there is ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a free open air trolley that runs Friday and Saturdays that picks up one block from the condo.

House rules:
No parties allowed. Per City of Waco's short term rental regulations, our occupancy limit is 6. If a party is identified, guests will be evicted immediately without a refund.

Smoking policy: We have a strict No Smoking Policy. There is no smoking tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the property. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Silo Getaways a smoke-free zone. Violators will be subject to a $1000 fine + damage/cleaning fees.

My parents and I stayed while attending my daughter’s state tennis tournament in Waco. During our breaks from the matches we could rest at the loft and walk to the Silos and other restaurants nearby. The loft was lovely and the host was responsive and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Waco in the future.

This loft is in the center of everything in downtown Waco. You can walk to great shopping, dining, and sights. My sister & I stayed here for a girls weekend, & it was perfect both in location and furnishing. The apartment is so cosy, which is tricky to achieve in a loft! Comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen. I would not recommend for anyone who has trouble navigating stairs, as it’s necessary to use them in the apartment. Parking is a little weird, but that’s a building issue not the fault of the owner. The building was quiet, felt safe, and all communication with owner was flawless. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for Baylor homecoming so the location was perfect! The parade was right in front of the building so we had a great view and could go in for more coffee while viewing:) This location is walk to all things downtown and a very quick drive to Baylor campus. The loft is beautiful, nicely decorated, quiet and very comfortable! Our host was accessible for communicating, kind and thoughtful. We were impressed and highly recommend staying here!

We needed a relaxing fun getaway and this was perfect. The luxury loft was adorable with lots of space for us. The luxury loft condo has everything you need for cooking. Beautiful relaxing shower! Wife and daughter needed a getaway. Our first trip to Waco’s and Magnolia. First off the apartment was in a perfect spot. We parked Friday night and never moved the car. This was a great location for our mother/daughter getaway. My daughter arrived a little earlier than me and the host graciously provided her an early check-in. We walked everywhere since so many things were nearby. The property itself was charming and had all the staples you would need. Check-out was one of the easiest I have seen and I have stayed at many VRBO locations. This location was decorated beautifully. We would stay here again on a return visit. The host was very proactive in accessing any needs we might have. I can't say enough about this location. We enjoyed our visit.
