"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Sehr schönes Zimmer, bedauerlicherweise Mängel bei der Sauberkeit. Sehr schönes Restaurant."

"In jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Anders als das Klischee sagt, sind die Menschen im Norden sehr freundlich. Im Hotel war alles gut, freundliches Personal, gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffett, ebenso der kleine "Privatzoo" mit Meerschweinchen, Hühnern und Pferden."
