"Considering that this is a well known chain of hotels, i would consider this one to be average. The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up. The bedroom windows didnt open the "air con" just moved the air around well a desk fan could have done that. The breakfast food was warm at best, the toast and coffee was the hottest items available. The evening meals however where GREAT really nice and well worth the money. Just all in all sadly average."

"Wondwrful staff. I arrived at night very tired. Staff made me instantly welcome, still smiling and polite despite the hour. Explained everything about breaksfast, free coffee etc. Room very comfortable and slept well. Breakfast: there was plenty as well as many staff to ensure fully stocked and dirty plates removed. Checkout was quick and again done with a smile. The price for this hotel in the town centre was cheaper than those nearer the airport but still close by. And breakfast was included whereas most of the others charge extra, making the value even better. I was not expecting much out of the hotel based on the price and was very pleasantly surprised. Quality was very good, but the key point has to be the staff. They are a credit to the hotel. "

"Nice food but the staff seemed rather unprepared. They put all my food on another room and when I pointed out it was missing they didn’t even say thank you. They had already told me there was nothing to pay and good bye.. "

"Only had a short stay but it was great. I checked in late at night after a concert in London, and was leaving early in the morning to fly home. The room lovely, spacious and clean. The member of staff who checked me in was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely property, nicely decorated a short 4 minute walk from the station. Lots of shops and cafes around. Staff friendly and lovely air conditioned rooms. My only gripe is the local cafes felt a little male heavy. I stayed with my husband and we both felt a little uncomfortable walking by but maybe that’s just us."
