NO EXTRA COSTS for early check-in and late check-out in the TRUE SPIRIT OF ALOHA if it is possible with the property caretaker/housekeeper. Late check-outs are great with a later flight...and works out when there is NOT a check-in by another guest later that same day of check-out. Easy to just communicate with us a couple weeks ahead of your reservation with us at Aloha Beach Vacations and share that extra bit of Aloha!
ON the Beach. Soft White Sand. You will probably LOVE the Sea Turtles.

Step right out to the Beach. You will likely live outside here...the beachfront yard may become your outdoor living room.
Outdoor BBQ and a gate to the soft white sand...
There is a reef about 200 yards off the beach and sandy bottom for the first 15-20 feet off shore.
Then the REEF…inside the reef…snorkeling and perhaps a sea turtle will swim with you during your snorkeling adventures
Hawaiian Casual Hale (house) with rustic touches
4 bedrooms total in the main house with Ocean Views from the Open Main Living Area with Kitchen and Dining Area.
The Master Bedroom (king) Upstairs has an ocean view with Lanai Access.
2nd Guest bedroom has a King that CAN BE CONVERTED to 2 twin beds.
3rd bedroom full size double bed
4th bedroom with full pull-out queen size sofa bed and twin 2 single beds.
The downstairs has 2 bedrooms that share a full bath. One bedroom has a double bed and the ocean view bedroom has a king bed that again can be converted to a king bed.
There is an outdoor shower and "beach" bathroom with a 1/2 bath with toilet and sink in the garage for easy access vs bringing sand into the Hale.
There is also an Ohana cottage with a long term resident that inhabits the Spirit of Aloha
The location is right at the beginning of the bike path on the north shore...the charming Hawaiianna Village of Hale'iwa is very close by with the most desirable restaurants and shopping on Oahu's majestic north shore.
Within about 30-45 minutes to Pearl Harbor and Honolulu when it isn't rush hour.
Also the Hawai'i state and counties are considering tax increases for the future 2026 & 2027. Should taxes increase the guests are responsible for paying for any and all the tax increases if and when that is implemented.
Rent expectations $12k/month for summer and Holiday/Christmas/New Years Month.
