  • Vacation beach home for sun and fun.
    Fully furnished 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 10-bed house located one house back from the beach. Quiet and breezy with rooms that open to balconies. The host lives in one half of the duplex and the other half of the duplex is the rental. The host side of the duplex is 3 stories and the rental is 2 stories.

    Amenities include complimentary WIFI, TV’s in all rooms, a 6-hundred-watt stereo 4-channel 15-inch woofer including iPod with 11,000 songs, and DVD players. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee/tea makers, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Hot jet tub/stereo in one of the bathrooms. AC in the downstairs open room and the upstairs bedroom. Fans in other areas. Outside there are 2 showers, outdoor furniture and a BBQ available for your use. Recreational activities listed are available either on site or nearby; fees may apply.

    Notes: If electricity is left on when you leave, especially the fans, the host has the right to go into the rental and turn it off due to fire hazards. There are friendly cats on the property outside of the rental.
    MAXIMUM 12 people, 2 cars. Kids of any age are allowed.

    *This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.*
