"the hotel was in a great location but is outdated. the showers are way too small and bathroom way too small. hotel needs work done to update. front desk wasnt very nice and didn't work with us like other hotels have done when having a late flight. charged 230.00 for late check out!!!! charged for everything even to hold bags. "

"Location was great on the beach. Comfortable, updated, ocean view room but bathroom was tiny. Birds kept landing on our balcony. Part of the adventure! Beautiful area and chill away from hub bub of dt Waikiki but there are very few restaurants in the area. Never was able to get reservations for Hau Tree lanai restaurant so had to eat in the bar area. Interior of property needs updating. All that said, we would stay here again. "

"Ocean view room has a great view of the ocean from the side. Street can get noisy and our room can hear it. Great location and amenities. I would suggest they replace the carpets. "

"Central location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. One block to the beach. Room was clean and the view of Diamond Head was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay! "
