This condo was well appointed and very clean. We did not see any pests when we were there. It has multiple fans and an AC which keep the unit cool, though the trade winds are usually sufficient. It is well appointed, with anything you might need to cook or grill. Washer and dryer units in the kitchen are also very handy. It comes with multiple beach chairs and a very useful rolling cooler and ice packs that we used almost daily. It is a relatively quiet building. When we were there, there was unscheduled construction noise from another unit after 6 PM. We reached out to management and they immediately contacted building security. The problem was remedied quickly and I felt the management was very responsive. You have an ocean view from the balcony and can easily walk to the beach from the unit as well. The unit has elevators and ample parking. We would definitely consider staying here again.
