"What I liked the most about was the cleanness and hospitality of the staff working on the floor. What I didn’t like about it was the long check in process which took a while. We expected a faster check in with the baby but it simply didn’t happen and we had to wait until a room was available. There were no free umbrellas at the beach front. The chairs with the canopy were $175 each to rent for a day to stay out of the sun when not in the water."

"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future."

"We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Sherry and Dave’s place. We loved the comfortable bed and scrumptious leather chairs. Large closet in the bedroom was very large with plenty of storage space. So many little extras made this a special place. Every imaginable amenity was provided. We used the toaster oven several times and only slightly missed having a microwave. Sherry and Dave were the best hosts in the world. Quite literally! We have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and appreciated Sherry and David’s attentive, friendly and helpful manner! What a pleasant experience we had in their home!"

"When we arrived Mitsuko & Kirk greeted us. We ended up having to shelter in place. Thank God we were in a little slice of paradise!! Mitsuko & Kirk made sure we were safe and had everything we needed to ride the storm.out. Mitsuko even made us a delicious home cooked Japanese meal!! WOW If you are looking for a great beach and North side of the island location, this is your place! Thank you both so much for everything!! We will never forget this place nor you!"

"Great spot in Waikoloa Village. Perfect distance between the beaches of the Kohala coast and Waimea and other mountain destinations. Loved seeing all the Nenes on the golf course (Hawaiian goose/state bird and endangered). Kitchen is cozy but well appointed. Loved having laundry. Quiet neighborhood. We'd love to come back!"
