This cosy flat is perfect for five guests and offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The flat is located on the first floor. In the shared garden, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, you can enjoy lovely summer evenings in the open air. The flat has an open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. This makes it easy to prepare your own meals and enjoy cosy dinners. The living room has a television with standard cable and ample seating. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet, but no separate bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed, a sofa bed for two people and a single bed. The location of the flat is ideal for both summer and winter activities. Just five minutes away is a beautiful lake where you can swim and boat, and the impressive Rheinardstein Castle is within easy walking distance. In summer, you can enjoy picturesque walks in the High Fens, while winter offers the opportunity to ski on the nearby slopes in Ovifat. Free parking is available on site. Please note that pets are not allowed and that you must bring your own bed linen and towels. Make your stay an unforgettable experience in this unique flat!
