The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.

Great spa facilities quiet and serene mountain surroundings no noisy kids Food excellent, fantastic variety, but a little salty Waiters are trying hard, very friendly but could be a little more professional Massage therapist Michaela is a miracle worker!

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location staff and the breakfast was outstanding. Train takes you right to the main left downtown.
