El aire acondicionado está programado a una temperatura que no puedes bajar si tienes calor y se siente mucho calor en las habitaciones. El staff no es agradable. No se lo recomiendo a nadie
The air conditioning is set to a fixed temperature, and guests are unable to lower it when the rooms become uncomfortably hot. As a result, the rooms feel excessively warm, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

"Staff and location was great. To allow people of any culture to wear sandals with exposed feet in the dining room is disgusting. Please stop allowing this...it might acceptable in eastern culture but not in US or Europe."
