"Great location and easy to get to. Good proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Two nitpicks: 1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available. 2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable."

"Upon check-in, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property. The pool was extremely dirty and appeared as though it had not been cleaned at all for the season. As a result, we were unable to use the pool for our entire stay, which was a major factor in booking this property.Inside the home, the floors were also unclean. Walking barefoot was not possible, as our feet would turn black almost immediately. Additionally, the living room TV was not functioning.The outdoor lighting was another issue. None of the lights worked properly—we tried both switches and remotes, but only one light would turn on, and it flickered.Communication with the host was inconsistent. They responded quickly when they believed we were interested in extending our stay, but after we raised concerns about the unacceptable condition of the pool, we did not receive any further response.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance."

"Why is there no TV in the downstairs living room? Makes drinking your morning coffee and watching news a pain."

"I thought the pool was going to be heated but it wasn't an we went almost 2 days out of 3 with no pool so when you stay make sure you call ahead so they can turn on the heat for the pool that was my only problem if you can call that a problem "
