"The breakfast area was chaotic and the staff could not keep up with replenishment of breads, spreads, and cold cuts. Lines were too long at the espresso machines. I suggest preparing coffee carafes to be served at the table as an option. I could imagine busy breakfast time volumes are not a surprise so it was odd that the hotel seemed unprepared. Otherwise, the experience was perfect: This hotel is clean and conveniently located. "

Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."
