"Bathroom sink holding water needs to be fixed "

"Upon arrival, reception informed us that the restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. Not a great start and it got much worse. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting the complimentary coffee bar consisted of 2 keurigs and a total of 3 coffee pods. Returning to the room at 10pm the key wouldn’t work. We walked down to the reception and received a new set. Also didn’t work. Back down to the lobby. The reception person ultimately had to break into the room using a crowbar and hammer. By this time it’s after midnight. We had to pack all of gear up and move rooms. They didn’t help us at all, in fact I had to go down to the lobby again and retrieve a luggage cart. The rooms both had wallpaper coming off the walls and no toilet paper. Next day we didn’t get a call or visit about the situation. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Stay here at your own peril."

"Our stay here was amazing! We wish the pub would’ve been open and that the pool was a little bigger, but other than that we loved everything! Our room was nice and the breakfast was delicious!"
