"Check in process was efficent, staff welcoming. The location and the room were super clean. I chose this location as one of the few with onsite EV charging which was available. Nothing bad to say at all!"

"The front staff was wonderful. The room smelled terrible. Like the carpet had gotten wet and molded. We were too tired to switch rooms. They are also very hard to get ahold of after check out. I still don’t have my $50 deposit back on my card 12 days after my stinky stay and cannot find anyone to help me. "

"Hot tub was closed concreted over Pool was closed Elevator was broken Laundry on 3rd floor was broken Drivewayhad huge potholes that could destroy any vehicle any size Apathethic employees who didnt care. Wifi internet was sporadic. Worst stay at a choice hotel ever dont recommend -4/10"

"I was unable to check in without my husband there. This was a big inconvenience for me and my three daughters who were traveling alone. There should have been an email or a phone call stating that his card would not be allowed to be used by me even though we have the same last name. I had a panic attack because so anxious about where me and my daughters were going to stay."

"The whole hotel was very dirty. Alot of areas in the room itself had not been cleaned in a long time. The floors in the hallway were so dirty. I only saw the 2 staff members the whole time i was there. There were never any towels in the pool area. "
