"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a pleasant surprise this cottage was with its unique stairway, great shower, no halls just doors that opened from one room to the next all topped off with a beautiful view of the ocean. You'll never get a treat like this staying at a motel that's for sure. The only real problem we found was a missing smoke detector near the front door which left only one downstairs in the bedroom. Hopefully that will be taken care of soon."

"The house was very spacious and the views were great. The neighbor to the south is new and has a dog who is not friendly to other dogs and he is very nosy. For the average person the beach walk is not far but it is a trek. If you have an older person, the walk through the soft sand may be too much. The house was not very clean and we spent the first hour cleaning every day use areas. The house is a bit run down and needs some TLC, a good paint job inside could go a long way. Overall the stay was good and the travel in and out of that community was easy."

"We had a wonderful time!! The house was perfect and we loved the beach! Only bummer was the electricity turned off during a birthday party for about 45 mins but that was no one’s fault. We would absolutely stay here again!"
