"Staff for check in- he was very friendly, stressed as he was the only one there but super friendly. checking out she seemed bothered as I was interrupting her day. Room was dated for sure, clean but lots of stains everywhere. I would say this is not a family friendly place and the room accommodations don't really work for kids. The joining room only had the one access point and if the door got closed it could not be reopened unless in that room. Would have thought the double room we booked would have a restroom in each room and that was not the case, 7 people and only one restroom. We had a double room for our family size said it was one king and 2 queens, the king was a full and I had to sleep on the floor, there was not enough space for us two parents and our 1 year old to sleep in that bed(totally would have been if this was in fact a king) Pool was closed and nasty looking, no available ice machines. TV was cutting in and out once we could find something that it would play With all of that it was a beautiful view and nice to be right on the water with access to the bay."
