Enjoy the main level open concept living with beautifully furnished kitchen and dining. There are 5 flat screen TVs through out the home with the one in living room being a 70 inch. There are also Sonos speakers in living room for streaming your favorite music - just download the Sonos App.

There are three bedrooms, 2 masters with king sized beds, one on main level and the other upstairs. Third bedroom has a queen sized bed. The large bonus room has two XL twin beds and a queen sofa bed to make a total of 8 able to sleep comfortably. The bonus room has many toys, games, and DVDs for kids to keep them occupied. When coming in from the beach there is a beautiful laundry mud room to store all the messy gear. Located in the garage is lawn furniture to include deck, sand chairs, side tables, and a toy box for outdoor sand toys.

The neighborhood Bayshore Beach Club has a seasonal heated swimming pool available to renters for a small fee.
