"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Everything about our three night stay at this hotel was outstanding. The design is amazing, modern, yet warm and welcoming. Unbelievable quality and attention to detail. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast, which was included, was also great, fantastic selection, including custom made orders, such as avocado toast. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I scheduled were one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar is fun with a beautiful view of the town. The town itself is pleasant, well maintained, and peaceful with many good restaurants and nice easy hikes in the surrounding areas. We are already looking forward to coming back next year."
