The hotel is decent. The beds are on the hard side and the pillows could definitely be updated. The room was clean, breakfast was always consistent with plenty of European options.

Excellent stay (as have stayed here multiple times in the past), but I would recommend making sure to get a room on the main building, as opposed to across the street—where I stayed this visit. Overall nicer rooms in the main building, in my opinion, and more convenient as well. But definitely like this hotel and will stay again for sure.

This hotel was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Excellent location- very walkable to cafe, shopping, restaurants and very short walk to Marienplatz. Excellent parking option right next to hotel if needed for very small fee. Would definitely recommend to couples, families, solo travelers and would definitely stay again.

What a perfect hotel. Situated by the English Garden. Quiet location but within walking distance to the heart of the city. The staff were wonderful and our complimentary upgrade made our trip even more memorable. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this hotel!!

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures.
