"There was no one to speak with and the reservation was for 3 rooms and they emailed a door code for 2 rooms. No one at front desk, no one answering their “help” phone; people smoking weed outside the entrance, mold in the bathroom and a small breakfast not ready by 7:30am. We will be asking for say a minimum a credit for the room they didn’t provide."

"Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserer netten Gastgeberin empfangen und im Kühlschrank wartete eine tolle Überraschung auf uns. Anni hatte uns für die ersten Tage mit allem was man fürs Frühstück braucht versorgt😋. Wir bekamen alle unsere Infos die wir brauchten und Tipps für die Umgebung wo was ist. Im gemütlichen kleinen Gästehaus ist alles vorhanden, so das wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Also wer ein paar schöne Tage im Schwarzwald verbringen möchte hat hier die passende...
