"Shuttle service website caused my credit card to get flagged by visa, which put a hold on my card for some strange reason, which was very annoying. This may not be anyone's fault but I had no issues with my card until I used this feature to pay for my ride, a way to pay for the shuttle at the front desk would have been nice."

"Breakfast is good but it needs variety for a 3 nights stay. Thankful for Helen the staff who helped us on how to explore the City of Zurich and gives us detailed information on how to take trains. A little disappointed of the other 2 staff (one named Addes) that was in the customer service. They are not helpful and open with customer. They answered direct questions blocking communication which makes you hesitant to ask for more. They don't even ask you if your questions are answered or you have more questions. I suggest that staff should be approachable and be friendly showing a welcoming smiles for the guest. "

"Best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated lobby with lots of lounge areas. Outdoor seating available as well. Rooms were modern, updated. Very comfortable stay during our travels."

"Love the space in the room. Updated with outlets for devices. Hotel’s location is excellent. Easy access to public transportation. Also love that it’s close to parks. Enjoyed the walks in the parks."

"The hotel was excellent. The room was nice and the breakfast was well done The staff were outstanding in all areas. Now for the 2 down sides: 1. The hotel is very difficult to find in the Zurich airport It is also confused easily with the radisson pods which is in a different area. 2. The tub/shower enclosure is poorly designed with only a half door over the tub enclosure to keep water from getting on the floor . Never use the handheld nozzle as the water will easily leave the enclosure. Only use the downspray.😄"
