"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "Property is not a Ritz Carlton ... BUT for a small German town this is a Gem ! We stayed three nights and the room (#7) was wonderful. No frills, like Coffee Maker or other fancy gadgets that in the end you really don't need (but pay for). A few thoughts: If you plan on having breakfast the Hotel offers a GREAT variety in the morning. Absolutely worth it! At the corner of the "Market Square" is a small restaurant called "Sterntaler - Wirtshaus und Biergarten". If you don't go there for dinner, you missed a GREAT place. Food, service and food selections were outstanding and we give this restaurant a big thumbs up. Enjoy Hungen. We did and we will return (if they let us back in). "

"No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. Spa looked okay we didn’t use it and the bar was lively, rooms very quiet and they accept dogs which is a big bonus for us"

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."
