"The staff was fantastic! They allowed us to check in early and were very friendly. The food and drinks were great and the pool area very clean. The carpet in both of our rooms was stained and needed replaced. Also the windows have shutters and no curtains so the morning sunlight comes right in."

"With two daughters at UCF this is the most convenient hotel in the area. I've been staying here at least twice a year for the last 7 years. we bring our pets with us and its always welcoming."

"Started with the Front door latch was broken and had to push in the latch to close the door. Security lock did not work. Walked across the floor once and my socks were black from the dirty floor. Both beds had stained sheets and pillows. Pulled down the sheets and gnats flew from under the pillows. There were dead bugs, a fork and other trash under the beds. Gnats also were coming from the drains and were smashed into the ceiling in the shower. Moldy dirty shower rounded off the visit but it was late and was only staying the night. I want to add the staff was very nice but would never stay here again. Worst ever."
