"The Bear's Den is a darling place to stay on a vacation. While the bedrooms were on the smaller side, the living areas had tons of room to relax and move around, which is where it really matters. The furniture was comfortable (my personal requirement), the kitchen was open and spacious, and the dining room had plenty of room for playing cards or having a meal.The rooms had super comfortable twin beds and bed linens. We just pushed ours together for that king bed experience!The cabin is in a little community with VERY friendly neighbors. If you were bringing the kids, they could easily ride bikes or play out in the street without you having to worry. There were a few kids out in the street playing basketball while we were there, having a blast.If you were looking for somewhere super private, however, this might not be your place. But if you like socializing and being in a welcoming community, this is your spot."

"The mgr Danny went over and above by offering to pick us up at the nearby casino after a concert. There are no ride share options in the area so his willingness to do this was very much appreciated. The rest of the staff did a great job and were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks "

"The cabin was very well appointed and very cute. The driveway was a bit of challenge, especially with a boat. However, once we launched the boat we were able to park our trailer across the gravel drive for the duration. Even once we loaded our boat we were able to park the trailer with the boat there. There is a public access just down 38 past Lady Bug Loop. It was very convenient. The cabin was comfortable and very peaceful. It was decorated in a very cute way. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a few games for rainy days and evening. "
