Great hotel with super nice and friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the Wi-Fi—it was extremely weak and barely connected at all. We just wish they could provide a more reliable connection, especially for guests who need Wi-Fi for important matters. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Stayed here for the Jeep invasion. Room was very spacious. I loved the option to valet so I did not have to worry about walking back and forth to the parking area, especially at night (I was traveling solo). Loved that the restaurant on site had great food options. The shops at the Island were literally steps away from the front door. So very convenient for me to get around everywhere I needed to be. The front desk and valet staff were very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!

the rooms were pretty standard, at least for the price but what we did enjoy was the wonderful activities the staff had for the kids. I liked how they had both an indoor and outdoor pool, we used both but preferred the outdoor one. I loved the convenience of the resort having indoor restaurants and snack bars which is very convenient. I will be booking my stay here next year. The staff were very friendly and organized.

"Room seemed orderly on arrival but carpet was filthy, room smelled like a damp locker room. Thin blanket...more like a sheet, curtains that didn't close all the way. Lobby was nice so too bad the rooms didn't reflect that. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."
