"Room was clean but located right across from the elevator 2nd floor. Hotel was not sold out. Not sure why we were given this room. Top bedcover was dirty. Removed & place on a chair. Bed was comfortable but they need to replace the pillows, Front desk was handled by one person. We waited 20 minutes ..."
