"The front desk staff was so helpful when we first arrived in Prague—she immediately shared ideas and had wonderful suggestions for things to do. The bellman was extremely prompt and accommodating with every request. Breakfast was top-notch (don’t miss the chocolate donuts!). The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and all modes of public transportation. Overall, this was a fantastic spot to stay in downtown Prague."
