"Dan is a great host, very accommodating. The cottage was very clean. It was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room on the dock for 2 bass boats, power within 100 feet of dock. Between the 4 of us we landed over 120 fish during our 3 night stay. All catch and release. We would definitely stay here again!"

Everything was perfect and there wasn't a need for anything as Isabel is the most accommodating host I have ever encountered renting through VRBO and others! "Once a few hiccups were worked out we had a great stay at the house in Ludlow. The previous visitors had left a large pile of trash outside and had left the hot tub cover unsecured. After we located the cover lock for the hot tub we were able to secure it so it wouldn’t keep blowing open. The silverware drawer was also broken and falling out of the cabinet. I’m sure this will be repaired. A few little problems but the house was clean and is great for a group with ability to spread out. The mud...
