Great location and amenities were all as expected for a budget. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue but it was resolved quickly. No complaints and would recommend to others!

Sheets gave my daughter skin rush

This was the perfect room for us...for as much as we needed a room during our time in NYC. We basically just used it for sleeping and showering, along with occasional bathroom breaks. It was pretty basic, but very clean and we were happy with the staff. They also stored our bags after checkout and before we had to leave for the airport. It was a very handy feature and saved us from having to pay for the service elsewhere. I will definitely look at booking a room there again for my future trips to NYC.

Medium size refrigerator nice. Microwave, and all you need to cook a basic food.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Location was awesome! Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but would be nice to change it up a bit from time to time. Elevator was too small for that many rooms of people. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend.
