Staff was very friendly & attentive. This hotel suited us just fine for our short trip visiting a nearby friend. Rooms were clean & bathroom very spacious. Beds were comfy. Bottom (2nd) floor was a bit noisy from street noise as expected (cars honking, ambulances) but nothing good earplugs can't help. 3 adult women shared this room just fine. No bells & whistles but no complaints as well.

Rooms were clean although terribly small. Did have a refrigerator in the room but was filled with over priced selections that you could buy and if you used the refrigerator with your products you had to pay a fee
The hotel was close to a lot of things we wanted to go see that was convenient
I know things are expensive in NY but at the bar in the hotel we paid 35$ for a vodka and soda!
I guess there are a lot of different hotels in NY and I guess I will research a little better 2100$ for 3 nights and for what we got I don’t think it was worth it
Staff were very nice though so all in all it was ok

"We loved staying at Kartrite. It was perfect for our 8 years olds to practice their independence. Very family friendly. Movie night at 8pm and other activities in the lobby. Restaurant food was pretty good as well. You could stay for 1 night and use water park from 11-7 on both days. Fun rides!"
