  • Modern Living steps away from downtown Walnut Creek. Welcome to the Overlook! Recently remodeled from the ground up in 2022, this rental unit is a short 10 minute WALK to restaurants, bars, transit, hiking trails and shopping. This is the upstairs unit in a two unit building where you’ll have the entire space to yourself, and nothing will be shared.
    The space
    This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the 2nd floor of a duplex.
    Each room in the space has it’s own heater/AC unit, as well as a Smart 4k TV.
    Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
    Bedroom #2 has a full bed with a deck overlooking the backyard.

    The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal, a combo coffee maker with everything provided, and sports all brand new appliances and a quartz countertop.

    The living room has a large, comfy sectional with a 65” smart 4k TV, for when it’s time to wind down.
