"Super charming, cozy, even though it’s not small, property. Very cute bedrooms. The beds are very firm so if you’re someone who likes a pillow top or softer bed it may not work for you. Kitchen is adorable. Big yard. Super low key neighborhood and quiet. About 10min drive from Fairfield Bay where the wedding was held. Very easy to get to.Thanks again for a great stay!!"

"This is my new favorite place to take my family in Arkansas for a vacation. Our ages ranged from 10 months old to 55 and it has something for everyone! The property is breathtaking and the house we rented is beautiful! We rode atv trails, we fished in all three ponds, and spent time looking at caves and at the private lake. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the game room. The house was large enough that everyone had enough space and the kitchen was amazing as well. I only had a few very small complaints that did not make our trip any less enjoyable. There really isn’t an outdoor grill to use, there were several light bulbs out and some of the ceiling fans were not working but there were other fans. . The owner actually stays on-site sometimes and in a bottom portion of the main house. This was concerning at first but he has his own entrance and it did not bother us at all. This is a very large property that requires a lot of work and now that I’ve been I understand that. Joe is very nice, very helpful and we are thrilled to have found this place! Can’t wait to go back!"

"This will now be my go to home when I need a house in Fairfield Bay!! My husband and I absolutely loved it, The owners thought of everything possible to make our trip enjoyable. They left nothing to chance. If you needed or forgot something, the owners had already thought of it!! From location to amenities, they thought of it all!! We will return !! Do not hesitate to rent this wonderful home. You will not be disappointed. 10/10!!!!"
