"Grounds were nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and potatoes along with the regular waffles etc. Our room was fine except the bathroom and soundproofing. Had to run the AC fan on all night to drown out snoring from another room. The tub faucet was loose in the wall, the shower must have had a leak and it looked like my 7 year old caulked it, the bottom of the shower cracked and popped like you were going to bust through it, and the bathroom in general was just pretty dirty. I'm a hunter and stay in some VERY off the beaten path places every year, this bathroom was just way below par for the rest of the place. "

"Clean room but pull out sofa bed mattress was questionable. Also no soap in bathroom to wash your hands "

"It's non-smoking room but food smell was to strong. Shower booth was not clean. Good thing was, room was a bit spacious."

"You can tell they care with their breakfast presentation. Great choices. All fresh. Biscuits were soft. Egg omelettes were great! Great job. Very thoughtful set up. Utensils available at both ends. Milk kept cold. 100% juices. Just needed some decaf choices to top it off! Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet on our side."

"Stayed in a suite, it was the largest room (and cleanest) of my roadtrip. It was convenient to the national park on the way out of town, but wrong side of town from the dining and shopping options."

"They switched our room type without telling us. They when I came back down, was told there's nothing else available. I wanted a partial refund and was told I'd have to talk to the manager who of course is not there all weekend. I tried calling the number on her business card that they gave me few times, but each time it gave a busy signal then hung up on me. I eventually gave up, which I'm sure was the plan all along. So in summary, the place is ok otherwise, but do not pay for an upgraded room because they may change it on you and there's nothing you can do about it."
