"Service from the staff was great. Location was awesome. Love the harbor view from the room. But the internet connection was horrible… couldn’t get any work done."
"This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. "

"Highly recommended. One of my top choices to stay in Hong Kong, it was my first time staying here and I must say that I was extremely impressed, the staff was wonderful and attentive and the food was excellent, I will definitely return here."
"Great. Stay. Clean rooms. Good shower pressure. Awesome service. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Minutes from the subway that can take you anywhere. "
"This hotel appears to be just renovated. Everything looks very new. The location is perfect, a lot to explore around it. Only issue is need to change a couple lifts to get to where your room is, regardless walk in or drive in, but overall experience was excellent "
"I flew in from LAX and landed very early morning. I believe check-in at the hotel was 1 PM. I figured I could drop my bags off with the front desk and do some sightseeing and then return at 1 PM to check-in. The hotel staff let me check-in when I arrived instead of making me wait. They were courteous and helpful. For that they will have my business whenever I am in Hong Kong."
"Agnes was amazing and took very good care of us at check-in. They have a hotel shuttle bus which takes you all around Hong Kong's major locations. Gym and restaurant on 2nd flr and snack/drink vending machines in the lobby."
